About the Picture

Isn’t this the coolest picture? I took it myself on August 30, 2009 at Lake Tahoe, California. Look closely and you’ll see that that small tree is growing between two massive boulders and some smaller ones ~ isn’t that the way it is in life? Sometimes we have to dig in our heels and fight to grow where we’re planted, but we can make the best of it, can’t we? Absolutely! It’s all about attitude, how you react to what’s “on your plate.”

And then there’s that beautiful ray of light that we’re all blessed with ~ the light that can lead us along our way, pull us to our full height, and bath us in peace. Here’s hoping that you’re always surrounded with light, and that your own light is ever shining!

Love it. I was thinking you were going to write from the tree’s perspective. Hold on tight no matter how difficult the situation.
